SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We are a small family run business.  Orders are dispatched within 3 days of ordering. During busier times it can sometimes take a little longer. We cannot be held responsible for delays which are caused by NZ Post or any other courier service used.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Unless purchased tracking at checkout none of our parcels are tracked. If you wish to have your order tracked please tick the correct box at checkout.

We attend a number of Motorsport events nationwide and can offer a collection service, to find out what events we will be attending, go to the Where We Will Be page.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Apex & Stitch Clothing Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.


To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at apexandstich@gmail.com, and provide the order number and reason for the return or exchange. You may be responsible for shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged.


Please note that some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, such as items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges in our sole discretion.


Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 3-5 working days to process. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at apexandstitch@gmail.com. Please note that custom orders eg. Custom Garage Shirts are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring they get to us safely. We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us.
